QUALITY POLICY

The compliance with the company's commitments to its customers and the continuous increase of their satisfaction are the first and main aim of all the actions of the Administration and all staff of PAGOUNI SA. The Company's policy is summarized in the phrase:

" the success of your project is our responsibility "

In order to achieve its main purpose, the company has established a Quality Management System in accordance with EN ISO 9001: 2015, adapted to its business environment and taking into account interested parties. The implementation of this System covers all activities of design, production and trade of metal construction products and is the basis of operation of the company. Achieving the stated level of quality is the ultimate result of the overall effort of the Administration and the staff involved. Everyone tries to avoid, identify and report mistakes and their possible causes directly and, within their jurisdiction and authority, to prevent their occurrence and take the necessary action to eradicate them. At the same time, everyone is encouraged to identify any malfunctions and to suggest actions to improve the company's overall performance.

The Administration is commited to provide all the necessary resources (appropriate equipment, materials and personnel) for the proper and effective implementation of the Quality Management System and to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. All staff are aware of the Quality Policy and are properly trained in all aspects of the Quality Management System related to their position.

The Administration establishes and monitors the achievement of specific quality objectives and continually reviews the relevance of Quality Policy. In addition, it does not take any decision and does not take any action if the the quality of the company's products and services is not ensured.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The company is committed to continuously improving its environmental performance with the aim to reduce environmental impact by ensuring environmental product and service control.

In order to achieve its environmental objectives, the company has established an Environmental Management System in accordance with EN ISO 14001: 2015, adapted to its business environment and taking into account interested parties. The implementation of this System covers all the activities of the company.

Achieving the company's environmental objectives includes:

• Prevention of pollution - avoiding accidents
• Recycling - reuse of materials where feasible
Protection of the Environment in all activities of the company
Implementation of an environmental performance assessment system and targets
Determination of environmental aspects for all processes of the company
Compliance with regulatory and environmental legislation
Participation of interested parties in the definition of new environmental objectives
Reducing environmental impacts on lifecycle and disposal

The Administration is committed to the proper and effective implementation of the Environmental Management System and to compliance with applicable environmental legislation. All staff are aware of the Environmental Policy and are properly trained for all environmental aspects and impacts related to their work.

The Administration establishes and monitors the achievement of specific environmental objectives and continually reviews the relevance of Environmental Policy. In addition, it promotes environmental awareness and protects the environment by encouraging interested parties.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The company recognizes the importance of Occupational Health and Safety, which is a non-negotiable priority for PAGOUNI SA's Management and all its employees.

The company applies an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with ISO 45001: 2018, for all its activities and for all stakeholders, taking into account European and national legislation.

Health and Safety Management System commitments include:

Protecting the health and safety of company and third party employees (customers, visitors)

Compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and legislation
Recognizing and evaluating occupational risks while taking measures to eliminate or limit them
Providing all necessary personal protective equipment and professional equipment to reduce occupational hazards
Systematically measuring, evaluating and attempting to reduce exposure levels to harmful factors and continuous monitoring of employee health

Information and communication on all issues related to health and safety at work
Training of all OSH staff and partners
Continuous improvement of working conditions with the implementation of programs
Development of new forms of control to avoid accidents at work

The Administration, recognizing its responsibilities and obligations towards employees and customers, is committed to comply with the law and to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses by adhering to the system's strict implementation. In addition, it monitors the achievement of specific goals and reviews occupational health and safety policy by encouraging all employees to participate in consultation and protecting against retaliation.
